摘要:
通過對Wisterch參數(shù),鋼絲與模具接觸長度、定徑帶長度、工作錐角度的研究得到了在不同拉撥條件下模芯采用的最佳幾何尺寸,并研究最佳工作錐角、定徑帶長度下鋼絲在模具中的發(fā)熱量、空氣中散熱量、卷筒上的散熱量及其模具散熱量的不同,導(dǎo)致鋼絲進(jìn)出模具的溫度差別對鋼絲機械性能的影響,在實驗中根據(jù)同種拉撥條件下采用不同工作錐角半角、定徑帶長度進(jìn)行試驗,得出結(jié)論,工作錐角越大則鋼絲與模具接觸長度越短,鋼絲變形越劇烈,在模具中發(fā)熱量就越高,導(dǎo)致鋼絲出模溫度高,使鋼絲強度、硬度升高,彎曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)降低,并且降低模具使用壽命。在其它條件相同的情況下,定徑帶越長則鋼絲與定徑帶簡壁磨擦增大,使鋼絲發(fā)熱量加大,從而使鋼絲強度、硬度略升高,彎曲扭轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)略降低但定徑帶的增大減小了鋼絲變形產(chǎn)生的彈性后效使鋼絲出模直徑比較穩(wěn)定。
