一、關于論文選題的要求

（1）必須在本專業(yè)范圍內選題，不能選與本專業(yè)無關的題目。

會計學專業(yè)選題的大致范圍包括（可參考所附會計學本科畢業(yè)論文參考題目，僅供參考）：

①會計方向

②財務和財務管理方向

③資產評估研究方向

④審計與會計制度設計方向

⑤電算化會計研究方向

⑥管理會計與成本會計方向

（2）理論性不能太強，應選擇能聯(lián)系實際的主題來寫（如不能寫“企業(yè)合并報表的編制方法研究”；如果選題符合要求但無法或不易聯(lián)系實際來寫，也應重新選題；對不易獲得實例或數(shù)據(jù)的選題也應重新確定題目）。

（3）選題不能太大，主題必須明確（如“論企業(yè)財務管理”就沒有一個明確主題，太大太空）。

（4）只能有一個主題（如“論企業(yè)財務風險的防范與市場營銷策略的選擇”就包含兩個完全不同的主題）。

（5）題目必須清楚完整地表達論文主題（如“企業(yè)財務風險的防范”可以作為論文的寫作主題，但作為論文題目則不合適，合適的題目例如“企業(yè)財務風險防范機制的研究”）。

二、論文選題與寫作步驟

第一步，查閱文獻資料，找出當前與本專業(yè)相關的熱點問題以及研究現(xiàn)狀。 第二步，根據(jù)資料收集的難易程度及本人的專業(yè)愛好確定一個論文寫作的初步方向（即主題，以后可根據(jù)實際情況適時調整）以及大致所需的參考資料（初步確定，可根據(jù)寫作進度隨時修改補充）。

第三步，收集資料。

（1）應根據(jù)確定的主題有針對性地收集所需資料；

（2）資料可來源于網(wǎng)上、學校圖書館或資料室、公開的企業(yè)信息（如上市公司年報，統(tǒng)計年鑒等）、各種專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫，也可以自行購買與論文主題相關的專業(yè)書籍。

（3）注意收集的資料應盡可能全面，應涉及到論文主題的各個方面，這樣才能使后續(xù)的論文寫作有足夠的參考資料；

（4）應收集最近年份的文獻資料，不要收集過于老舊的資料（經(jīng)典文獻

資料除外）；

（5）應收集與論題相關的參考文獻12篇以上，含兩篇或以上英文文獻。 第四步，分析整理資料（將所收集資料歸類，并以此作為確定論文提綱的依據(jù)）。

這一步很重要，應在分析整理所收集資料的同時，對資料進行分類，這個分類也可以作為論文寫作的初步框架（即確定從哪幾個方面來寫），請重視！

第五步，列提綱。根據(jù)所收集資料及其分類確定論文寫作提綱，相當于目錄但比目錄更詳細，應在前一步分析整理、分類的基礎上進行。

第六步，修改提綱，完善論文結構。

應按基本邏輯關系修改論文結構：理論概述提出問題分析問題解決問題）。

這一步屬于理性分析的過程，應在分析的基礎上逐步形成自己的觀點，并對論文提綱進行修改和完善。

第七步，應用資料（將所收集資料的相關內容應用到至論文相關部分）。 第八步，修改完善論文并重新收集所欠缺資料（修改所應用資料并加入自己的觀點，進一步完善論文結構）。

如果在此過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)尚有應補充的文獻資料，則應及時重新收集。資料的重新收集工作應根據(jù)需要貫穿于論文寫作的全過程。

對于實證論文寫作，則應進行相關實證分析（如提出假設，建立分析模型，收集和選擇數(shù)據(jù)，驗證假設，得出結論等）。

第九步，定稿，準備論文答辯。

注意：不能長篇引用所收集的文獻資料，應對所引用資料進行必要修改加工，并加入自己的觀點，對直接引用未經(jīng)刪改的文獻資料應注明出處。

三、正文的邏輯關系

引言之后的正文章節(jié)安排應注意各章節(jié)之間的邏輯關系。一般的邏輯關系是“提出問題——分析問題——解決問題”，正文部分必須遵循這樣的寫作思路。

論文各章節(jié)內部也應注意邏輯關系，邏輯關系不能混亂。

正文應包含以下內容：

⑴相關理論介紹。

⑵提出問題并分析問題。

⑶針對問題提出解決問題的對策和措施建議。

具體撰寫論文時，應在符合一般邏輯關系的基礎上，再根據(jù)本人論文的具體內容進行相應補充和調整。

四、關于正文寫作

在正文論述中應根據(jù)論點加入相關實例、數(shù)據(jù)或案例，以增強論文的說服力，不可僅有單純的文字論述（實例或案例應恰當融入論述當中，不要將案例作為單

五、關于標題規(guī)范

⑴標題含義應清晰完整，不應太省略；
