2 治療方法

取穴：白環(huán)俞。

針刺進行中1周內(nèi)患者可以保持日常活動規(guī)律，停止劇烈活動。

3 療效觀察

3.1 療效標準

降壓療效根據(jù)衛(wèi)生部頒發(fā)的《藥物臨床研究指導原則》療效標準。顯效：舒張壓下降10mmHg以上，并降至正常，或下降20mmHg以上；有效：舒張壓下降10～19mmHg或下降雖未達10mmHg，但已降至正常；無效：血壓下降未到有效標準。

3.2 動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測

對患者分別于治療前24小時，治療當天及治療后7天進行3次動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測。使用美國產(chǎn)MO-BIL-O-GRAPH24小時動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測儀，間隔30分鐘自動測量1次血壓及心率。設定早6點～晚22點為白晝時間，晚22點到次日早6點為夜間。以白晝血壓大于收縮壓(SBP)140mmHg，舒張壓(DBP)90mmHg的次數(shù)占白晝?nèi)繙y定次數(shù)的百分比為白晝血壓負荷(%)，夜間血壓大于SBP125mmHg、DBP80mmHg的次數(shù)占夜間全部測定次數(shù)的百分比為夜間血壓負荷(%)。以1天治療前血壓下降值(谷)，除以治療后血壓最大下降值(峰)即為谷/峰(T/P)。各組數(shù)據(jù)間比較用兩樣本均數(shù)顯著性檢驗。

3.3 結果

(1)治療1周后，30例患者中，顯效9例，占30.0%；有效12例，占40.0%；無效9例，占30.0%?？傆行?0.0%。

(2)針刺白環(huán)俞后當天及第7天患者24小時平均血壓、白晝(d)血壓和夜間(n)血壓，白晝血壓負荷和夜間血壓負荷都有明顯下降(P50%，詳見表1。
